Mumbai, Nov 27 : The Sensex of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) tumbled by 222.92 points to settle in the red at 16,632.01 points for the second consecutive day today on sustained offloading by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) amidst fears of financial crisis in Dubai.
